"Poetry, religion and their pain"- original recipe for interactive communication of axiological options

Romanian-Swedish Cultural Association "FRĂŢIA" and "Activ Spirit", youth organization of the association, recently launched invitation for a meeting with writer and translator Ion Miloş.
 "Poetry, religion and their pain" - a theme of the conference into which Friday, April 16, meeting with poet and translator Ion Miloş turned into an interesting opportunity for cultural interaction and exposure of ideas, both in relation to intellectual challenges launched by intellectual and cultural promoter Ion Miloş and as regards his dialogue with the participants and between participants, on the topics under discussion.
 In addition to the original vision of the role of poetry and religion in modern human life, a view that some of those present endorses, Ion Miloş presented new aspects of his biography and his destiny as a writer.
 Overall, in this context Ion Miloş was able to provide an original recipe for creating a debate of ideas and interactive display of axiological options .
 On the same occasion, as a supplement of originality for this moment, poet reading to those present some of his lyric creations.
 At the event, supported by Ion Miloş in Conference room of the Swedish Church in Bredäng-Stockholm, was present Head of Romanian Consular Office in Stockholm, Consul Dumitru Hâncu accompanied by his wife.
  Conference supported by Ion Miloş wanted to be an important point in the program events of ACTIV SPIRIT / FRĂŢIA, the speech of the important cultural promoter being predicted and confirmed as an event worthy of attention to those interested in the creation and the Romanian spirituality.

About Ion Miloş


 ION MILOŞ published many translations of Romanian literature in Sweden.
 Born in 1930, in the Yugoslav Banat, Ion Miloş was educated in Belgrade and Paris (Sorbonne), where he earned a doctorate in letters.
 Since 1964 it has been established in Sweden, organizing there exhibitions of fine art and book, tours of theaters and Romanian folk dance bands.
 ION MILOŞ is author of over 21 volumes of poetry and 46 translations in and from Romanian, Serbo-Croatian, Macedonian, Swedish.
 He translated into Swedish works belonging to Mihai Eminescu, Lucian Blaga, Tudor Arghezi, George Bacovia, Ana Blandiana, Marin Sorescu, Geo Bogza, Cioran, D.R. Popescu, etc. ION MILOŞ is a missionary of Romanian culture.
