An interesting evocation of the important historical moments and personalities from 1859 to 1927 and events related to union Romania took place Sunday 24 january 2010, at Bredang-Stockholm, according to the program activities "ACTIV SPIRIT".

"1859-1927: From feudal  Romanian province to united and modern Romania " theme was supported by history teacher, Florin Alexandru Danila.

Lecture supported by Florin Alexander Danila had the capacity to highlight some new aspects related to one of the most favorable periods for historically Romanian unit and transformation to modernizing the country only up by joining the Romanian principalities.

The event held in Stockholm from 16.30 in the conference room of the Swedish church located near the metro station Bredang district, was honored by the presence of Ms Ruxandra Lupan, cultural attaché of the Romanian Embassy in Stockholm.

Historical debates organized by ACTIV SPIRIT confirms once again, in Stockholm, the emergence of special moments emphasizing the authentic Romanian feelings in a time where there are often perceptions referring to superficial perceptions about such events.

Of course, quality of presentations made by the licensee in history - political science from the University of Alba Iulia, have an important role in positive perceptions of the events of this type carried out under the name of "ACTIV SPIRIT" .

O interesantă evocare a importantelor momente istorice de la 1859 şi a personalităţilor şi evenimentelor până la 1927, legate de unirea românilor a avut loc duminică 24 ianuaie 2010 , la Bredang-Stockholm, conform programului activităţilor ACTIV SPIRIT.

 "1859-1927: De la provinciile româneşti feudale la o Românie unită si modernă" a fost tematica susţinută de către profesorul de istorie originar din Alba Iulia, Florin Alexandru Dănilă. Prelegerea susţinută de Florin Alexandru Dănilă a avut calitatea de a evidenţia unele aspecte inedite legate de una dintre perioadele cele mai favorabile din punct de vedere istoric pentru unitatea românilor precum şi pentru transformarea în sensul modernizării ţării abia constituite prin unirea Principatelor Române.

  Evenimentul care a avut loc la Stockholm începând cu ora 16.30, în sala de conferinţe a bisericii suedeze situată în vecinătatea staţiei de metrou din cartierul Bredang, a fost onorat şi de prezenţa doamnei Ruxandra Lupan, ataşat cultural al Ambasadei României la Stockholm. Dezbaterile pe teme istorice organizate de ACTIV SPIRIT confirmă şi de această dată, la Stockholm, apariţia unor momente deosebite de reliefare a trăirilor româneşti autentice într-un moment în care există, de multe ori, percepţii care fac trimitere la superficialitate în legătură cu astfel de manifestări .

 Desigur, calitatea prezentărilor realizate de licenţiatul în istorie - ştiinţe politice al Universităţii din Alba Iulia, a avut un rol important în percepţia pozitivă a evenimentelor de acest tip realizate sub sigla ACTIV SPIRIT.

January 24, Romanian historical evocation in Stockholm

 Series of actions organized by Active Spirit, youth organization of the Romanian-Swedish Cultural Association Brotherhood, continue to propose new topics of interest related to Romanian history.
 The newest of these events is planned for Sunday, January 24, 2010 and will be supported by history teacher originating in Alba Iulia, Florin Alexandru Danila.
 "1859-1927: From feudal Romanian provinces to a united and modern Romania" is the theme chosen for the conference to be held on this occasion by Florin Danila.

 Of the reasons which led it to choose the topic to be presented at this time, Florin Alexandru Danila said:.
 "Why I chose this subject for submission of January 24?
 Not only for the symbolism of this day, but mainly because my personal view, I repeat ... my personal view, is that the achievements Romanian nation had in those times are far from our contemporary inimaginable, negligent, indifferent and selfish.
 Achievements wich made Romania a democratic state tru the constitutions of that period, its leaders and leaders of the Romanian political parties, but especially the dedication and sacrifice that has really shown the population of these regions, those Romanians whom we see only in pictures or we hear about, in the old stories from books or in the media. "
 Alexandru Florin Danila is 29 years and graduated in history-political science from the University "1 December 1918" of Alba Iulia.

Stockholm - Evocare istorică românească pentru Mica Unire

Seria acţiunilor organizate de "Activ Spirit", organizaţia de Tineret a Asociaţiei Culturale Româno-suedeze Frăţia, continuă să propună noi subiecte de interes legate de istoria românilor. Cel mai nou dintre aceste evenimente este programat a avea loc duminică 24 ianuarie 2010 şi va fi susţinut de către profesorul de istorie originar din Alba Iulia, Florin Alexandru Dănilă. "1859-1927: De la provinciile româneşti feudale la o Românie unită si modernă" este tematica aleasă pentru conferinţa care va fi susţinută cu acest prilej de către Florin Dănilă.
 În legătură cu motivele care l-au determinat să aleagă acest subiect pentru a fi prezentat la această dată, Florin Alexandru Dănilă a precizat:
"De ce am ales această temă pentru prezentarea din data de 24 ianuarie? Nu numai pentru simbolistica acestei zile, ci în primul rând deoarece părerea mea personală, repet... personală, este că realizările pe care le-a avut naţiunea română în acele timpuri sunt mult peste imaginabilul nostru contemporan şi delăsător, indiferent şi egoist... Realizări care au făcut din România un stat DEMOCRATIC prin constituţiile din această perioadă, prin conducătorii săi şi liderii partidelor politice româneşti, dar în special prin dăruirea şi cu adevărat sacrificiul de care a dat dovadă populaţia acestor meleaguri, acei români pe care îi vezi doar în poze sau de care auzi în poveştile bătrânilor, din cărţi sau din mass-media."

 Florin Alexandru Dănilă are 29 de ani şi este licenţiat în istorie-ştiinţe politice al Universităţii „1 Decembrie 1919“ din Alba Iulia.
 Conferinţele pe teme istorice susţinute de Florin Alexandru Dănilă până în prezent, la Stockholm, în cadrul acţiunilor ACTIV SPIRIT, s-au bucurat de un real succes în rândul celor prezenţi, mai ales prin felul în care audienţa s-a implicat în dezbaterea subiectelor prezentate.

In Sweden, rules available now for Romanians are same rules available for all EU citizens.

Sunday, January 17, 2010, there was an Activ SPIRIT activity in which, at the request of Mrs. Elena Borca, president of the Romanian-Swedish Cultural Association FRATIA, was present Mrs. Adina Trunk , Est Europe Program Manager  - Christian Democratic International Center (KIC).

Ms. Adina Trunk was kind enough to provide some details about the issue of integration in Sweden, on which subject was previously documented for this particular activity, indicating that the information provided is general.

The event was held in Stockholm in the Swedish church conference room Bredang district, where is developed missionary activity of the Romanian Orthodox church dedicated to the Assumption-priest George Borca.

The subject of integration in Sweden is almost inexhaustible and is clearly more comprehensive than what we set out below.

It is however important to point out that the material data are indicative and not to have proposed to give definitive answers to many questions and problems that arise in life everyone seeks to live, work, match in Sweden .

For those who are less familiar with the realities of Sweden, we specify that rules, in this country do not involve any bargaining.

This is the meaning to be interpreted - information about situations faced by those who want to integrate into the Swedish society.

Theme has revealed a particular involvement of those present and the formula that will reproduce the information is a summary which has the form of a virtual interview in which questions are asked by all participants.

Clarifications made at the start of the meeting by Ms Adina Trunk contain themselves interesting information for theme.

We specify that these informations are NOT an incentive or encouragement to emigrate to Sweden.


Adina Trunk:

I Do not dwell on these issues every day but I was interested very much because when Mrs. Elena Borca called , she presented some cases of some Romanian that I have seemed quite shocking... They came here and They were promised to receive a job.This job has not been given because, ultimately, they did dot haved the personal identification number needed.


To obtain the personal identification number they needed a residence permit .The residence permit is not given until you have a job .


So there is a dilemma and a point where a man, however much it tries, can not receive data, documents, so that actually became a member of society.

The problem was not so much that they could not work but that the owner of bussines would have said - "Not having personal number you can not open bank account, I can not pay you, you can not pay taxes so you should suppose to be hired illegal '


In Sweden, employers in general and people are less willing than others to engage people illegal.


Such a thing can not be said that there is not happening at all, but overall, the Swedes will be fair and legal to employ people, somehow thinking maybe a selfless way, because in Sweden very much think that this is important not so much for them as employers but for that man that he should receive a pension, income support, to be a true member of society.I began looking for the truth that there seems to be possible in dozens of versions.

Not sure if I found that one really true, but, speaking with several people, apparently still is confirmed as I noticed that there are problems today. I talked primarily with people from the Office of Migration - Migrationsverket .


You will face at some point with these words that if you are not familiar, will become.This entity - Migrationsverket - is linked to the government, so there is not a private entity, and deals with all issues having to do with emigration in Sweden, including those who come here seeking asylum, etc.


I was pointed out that there seems to be new rules for Romanian citizens from January 1.


All those I talked to, said they have not heard something like that would be new rules for Romanians. The only thing they said is that the rules available now for Romanians are same rules available for all EU citizens.


So, there is not a special rule for Romanian citizens.


- What would be the rules?

Adina Trunk:

- These rules seem to be applicable in all EU countries, except for countries that have special restrictions for Romania, such as the United Kingdom, for example.


As a European citizen, therefore, as a Romanian citizen, you may live in Sweden and to stay here for three months without anyone aske you to present any document or evidence that you have money with which to support youreself, or that you find here, relatives , work, school, etc.


So, for three months, anyone, do not ask you anything.


After these three months, or after six months - if you can show that you actively seek work or someone promises you a job - have to go back to Migrationsverket for them to register in their system and get your free license residence,that, UPEHOLTISTON but should be proved that you are looking for a job, or that you are having a job or that you are studying, that you are enrolled in a school.


With the residence permit, you can get all the social benefits that any Swedish citizen have: support for rent, if it is too high, support for. children, etc.. Temporary residence permit you can do to have almost the same rights as any Swedish citizen. But, if for three months did not find a job, you are not enrolled in any school, you can not prove that you actively looking for jobs, then they can not give you the residence permit, this permit can not be be extended.

- How to mark the beginning of those three months, because no longer put stamps in the passport of EU citizens?

Adina Trunk:

- You are asked, perhaps, at first, when you entered the country and if you can show a ticket.

- If you not have this ticket?

Adina Trunk:

-Then, eventually, they believe the word. On the other hand, may be taken into account the initial statement on arrival, included in the application for personal number. There is one detail which is very important to know .The person with whom I discussed the Migrationsverket told me this: If for three months you can not prove that you have a job or are not enrolled in school and you can not show that you will get a job in the following weeks, then what do is to go outside Sweden, even if it would be a short trip in Denmark.

So, should not go far and wide, just to cross the bridge to Denmark to see that you left the country and you come back.If you dont want to stay a night in a hotel in Copenhagen, you can return the same day and have the ticket.If you believe a person with whom I spoke, it is clear that there are not new rules.

To recapitulate:


Three months without any question, after three months of days, went back to Migrationsverket and proved that there is a job, a promise, or that is actively seeking a job - as you have been to several interviews that you have been to several employers, or that there is a school .


On this basis can receive the residence permit. With this UPEHOLTISTON, if you happen to lose your job you need to receive aid for housing and other kinds of help, you may receive this support from the Swedish cownty where you live.


The rules for such aid, how to give, as soon as you receive it, depend on each community. Stockholm is different from Goteborg, Malmo, etc..

The second major player in this is Skateverket, dealing this record wich is very important for all citizens of Sweden, recording the number of personal identity.


It is composed of date of birth plus four numbers. These records or personal number is the most important thing. It is perhaps the most important number in Sweden, more important than youre phone number. But to get that personal identity number, you must have a residence permit. This means that you must have either a job or go to school or to have a promise of employment.  The problem is that without this personnummer you can not open a bank account, which means that even if someone wants to hire you, can not do it because you can not pay the money, legally, can not pay taxes. I understand that there are happy cases when they received the ID number with no evidence of school, work, etc. It is a good thing, but apparently not correct, those people were lucky.

It is better to be happy that you made this personal number without having made that evidence, than to come here and think that is obtained so easily and then wake up with problems.Accurate information is most important even if at first seem more difficult and disappointing.


I asked, how can such a thing, does not bind, such citizen can not receive any job or personal number ... Then, there is something that resembles personnummer and called Samordningsnummer. This Samordningsnummer you can not just ask for him.


But, if you can prove that you are about to get a job or that you need that number, but you have not yet given proof of employment, then, as an institution, Skateverket isallowed to say ok, we can ask citizen working with your documents to receive an order to give you this Samordningsnummer.

- What is the difference?

Adina Trunk

Personnummer comprises born day plus four digits. These four figures say if you came from another country, if you are a man or woman, in what part of Sweden you are. This is similar but Samordningsnummer have born date number plus the number 60. So if someone is born on March 6 , last figure is 66.


With this Samordningsnummer can open a bank account and with that resolve many. Having a bank account you can pay rent, etc.


This account is very important in Sweden, without it you can do almost anything.


If you have not a chance to get personnummer you may receive this Samordningsnummer which is provisional, during which they feel that you need. With Samordningsnummer, you can go to the bank and open the account. There must be someone to prove identity, to confirm, because only then can you get from Skateverket evidence that, indeed, the name corresponds with a personal number.


In Sweden, a passport is not considered as part of identity, but this ID - Kurt that now is released from police before he was released in several places.


Upeholtilston is the residence permit. There is a residence permit as such that you can get him on the steps I listed above. After five years of stay here, you can get permanent residence permit. If you stay in Sweden five years and have paid taxes can receive a permanent residence permit. After five years allowed to vote nationally . Citizenship problem is a different o. If someone wants that, after five years of stay here, you can start the formalities for obtaining citizenship.

- There are recipes for success in Sweden?

Adina Trunk:

- Success is something very subjective. For some it means to have a quiet life, and have an apartment in which to be able pay their debts.


If success is to have a calm life in which money is not a major problem, if this is the recipe of success we're talking about, plus integration into Swedish society, I think the recipe for success is to leave behind you what you know from the country in which`you left, not necessarily to forget what you learned there, but to keep an open mind for the Swedish society values, to be open to learn, to accept the good and bad things. You chose to live here. The key to integration into Swedish society is language but also the willingness to adapt to life style in here.


Swedes, however open, still want people to interact as they used.Contact with the Swedes, not only with other nationalities here, is very important. There are many social rules that are not written anywhere and to be learned.


Learning the language means a huge effort and may be the greatest effort to be made to integrate into Swedish society.


One does not expect a newcomer to speak perfect Swedish . If you have a chance to speak one language and English, is easyer to integrate. Language is very important. There are free courses for those who have received the residence permit, which is called SFI (Svenska For Invandrare), Swedish for immigrants.It depends where you are, these courses may be more or less good.

- It is recognized diplomas obtained elsewhere?

Adina Trunk:

- Yes, more than this, can be found at SFI, courses taken for the specialized language . For trades, too.


For many, employment is one of the best ways to have an income at first. However, it is not a good solution. "În Suedia, regulile pentru români sunt regulile valabile pentru toţi cetăţenii din Uniunea Europeană"

 Duminică, 17 ianuarie 2010, a avut loc o activitate ACTIV SPIRIT, în cadrul căreia, la solicitarea doamnei Elena Borca, preşedinte al Asociaţiei Culturale Româno-suedeze FRĂŢIA, a fost prezentă doamna Adina Trunk, Program Manager Europa de Est - de la Christian Democratic International Center (KIC). Doamna Adina Trunk a avut amabilitatea de a oferi o serie de detalii despre problematica integrării în Suedia, temă asupra căreia s-a documentat în prealabil special pentru această activitate, cu precizarea că datele oferite sunt cu caracter general.
Evenimentul a avut loc la Stockholm, în sala de conferinţe a bisericii suedeze din cartierul Bredang, în care .se desfăşoară şi activitatea misionară a bisericii ortodoxe româneşti cu hramul Adormirea Maicii Domnului- preot Gheorghe Borca.
 Subiectul integrării în Suedia este aproape inepuizabil şi este evident mai amplu decât ceea ce ne-am propus în cele ce urmează. Este însă foarte important să precizăm că datele din materialul de faţă au caracter orientativ şi nu şi-au propus să dea răspunsuri definitive la multitudinea de întrebări şi probleme care se ivesc în viaţa oricui îşi propune să locuiască , să lucreze, să se adapteze în Suedia. Pentru cei care sunt mai puţin obişnuiţi cu realităţile suedeze, este bine de precizat că în această ţară regulile nu presupun nici un fel de tocmeală. Acesta este şi sensul în care trebuie interpretate informaţiile despre situaţiile cu care se confruntă cei care vor să se integreze în sistemul suedez.

Tematica a dezvăluit o implicare deosebită a celor prezenţi iar formula în care vom reproduce informaţiile este o sinteză care are forma unui interviu virtual în cadrul căruia întrebările sunt puse de toţi participanţii. Precizările făcute la începutul întâlnirii de către doamna Adina Trunk conţin, la rândul lor, informaţii interesante pentru tematica abordată.
Subliniem că prin aceste informaţii NU încurajăm pe nimeni să emigreze în Suedia.
Adina Trunk:

- Nu mă ocup zilnic de aceste probleme dar m-au interesat foarte mult pentru că atunci când m-a sunat doamna Elena Borca, mi-a prezentat nişte cazuri care mi s-au părut destul de şocante, ale unor români care au venit aici şi după câteva luni le-a fost promis să primească un anumit job. Acest job nu le-a fost dat pentru că, până la urmă, nu aveau acest număr personal de identitate de care aveau nevoie. Pentru a obţine acest număr personal de identitate le trebuia permisul de şedere. Acest permis de şedere nu se dă până când nu ai un job. Deci, există o dilemă şi un punct în care omul, oricât de mult ar încerca, nu poate să primească datele, actele necesare, astfel încât să fie efectiv un membru al societăţii.


Problema nu era atât de mult că aceste persoane nu ar fi putut să lucreze ci aceea că patronul firmei respective ar fi spus - "Fără personnummer nu puteţi să vă deschideţi cont în bancă, nu am cum să vă plătesc, nu puteţi să plătiţi impozit deci ar trebui să vă angajez la negru."


În Suedia, patronii în general şi oamenii sunt dispuşi mai puţin decât în alte ţări să angajeze oameni la negru. Aşa ceva nu se poate spune că nu există, dar, în general, suedezii vor să fie corecţi şi să angajeze oameni legal, într-un fel poate şi cu o gândire altruistă, pentru că în Suedia foarte mult se gândeşte că acest lucru este important nu atât de mult pentru ei ca patroni dar pentru omul respectiv, care trebuie să primească şi el o pensie, ajutorul social, să fie un adevărat membru al societăţii.


Am început să caut acest adevăr care se pare că există în zeci de versiuni posibile. Nu ştiu dacă am găsit acel unic adevăr adevărat, dar, vorbind cu mai multe persoane, se pare că totuşi se confirmă în ceea ce am observat eu că sunt problemele din ziua de astăzi.


Am vorbit în primul rând cu persoane de la Oficiul de Migraţie - Migrationsverket . Vă veţi confrunta la un moment dat cu aceste cuvinte care dacă nu vă sunt familiare, vor deveni. Aceasta entitate - Migrationsverket - este legată de guvern, deci nu este o entitate privată, şi se ocupă cu toate problemele care au de a face cu emigraţia în Suedia, inclusiv cu cei care vin aici în căutare de azil , etc.


Mi s-a semnalat că se pare că există noi reguli pentru cetăţenii români, începând cu 1 ianuarie. Toate persoanele cu care am vorbit au spus că nu au auzit de aşa ceva, cum că ar fi noi reguli pentru români. Singurul lucru pe care l-au spus este acela că regulile care sunt acum pentru români sunt regulile care există pentru toţi cetăţenii din Uniunea Europeană. Deci, nu există o regulă specială pentru cetăţenii români.
- Care ar fi aceste reguli?

Adina Trunk:

- Aceste reguli se pare că se pot aplica în toate ţările Uniunii Europene, în afară de ţările care au restricţii speciale pentru România, cum ar fi Marea Britanie, de exemplu.


Ca cetăţean european, deci, ca cetăţean român, ai voie să vii în Suedia şi să stai aici trei luni de zile, fără să prezinţi cuiva vreun act sau o dovadă că ai bani cu care să te întreţii, sau că ai cunoştinţe aici, rude, loc de muncă, şcoală, etc. Deci, timp de trei luni de zile, nu te întreabă nimeni, nimic. După aceste trei luni , sau după şase luni - dacă poţi să arăţi că îţi cauţi activ muncă sau că cineva îţi promite un loc de muncă - trebuie să te întorci la Migrationsverket pentru ca ei să te înregistreze în sistemul lor şi să-ţi elibereze permisul de şedere, acel UPEHOLTISTON, dar pentru asta trebuie să arăţi, ori că eşti în căutarea unui loc de muncă , ori că îl ai ori că studiezi, că eşti înscris la o şcoală. Cu acest permis de şedere, poţi să primeşti toate ajutoarele sociale ca orice cetăţean suedez: ajutor pt. chirie, dacă aceasta este prea mare, ajutoare pt. copii, etc.


Permisul de şedere temporar te poate face să ai aproape aceleaşi drepturi ca orice cetăţean suedez. Dar, dacă în timp de trei luni nu ai găsit un loc de muncă, nu eşti înscris la vreo şcoală, nu poţi să dovedeşti că ai căutat job activ, atunci nu au cum să-ţi dea acest permis de şedere, nu se poate să fie prelungit.

- Cum se marchează acest început al celor trei luni de zile, pt că nu se mai pune ştampilă în paşaport cetăţenilor UE?

Adina Trunk:

- Te întreabă, probabil, la început, când ai intrat în ţară şi dacă poţi să arăţi un bilet.

- Dacă nu ai biletul acesta?

Adina Trunk:

- Atunci, până la urmă, te cred pe cuvânt. Pe de altă parte, poate să se ia în calcul şi declaraţia iniţială despre sosire, inclusă în cererea pentru obţinerea numărului personal.


Există un detaliu care este foarte important de ştiut. Persoana cu care am discutat la Migrationsverket mi-a spus aşa: Dacă timp de trei luni nu poţi să dovedeşti că ai un job sau nu eşti înscris la şcoală şi nu poţi să arăţi că o să primeşti un job în următoarele săptămâni, atunci ceea ce trebuie făcut este să ieşi în afara Suediei, chiar dacă asta ar fi o deplasare în Danemarca. Deci, nu trebuie să mergi peste mări şi ţări, trebuie să treci podul până în Danemarca să vadă că ai ieşit din ţară şi te-ai întors. Dacă nu vrei să stai o noapte la hotel în Copenhaga, poţi să te întorci în aceeaşi zi şi să ai biletul. Dacă o credem pe persoana cu care am vorbit, atunci este clar că nu sunt reguli noi.


Să recapitulăm:


Trei luni de zile fără nici un fel de întrebare, după trei luni de zile, mers înapoi la Migrationsverket şi dovedit că există un loc de muncă, o promisiune, sau că se caută un loc de muncă activ - ca aţi fost la mai multe interviuri, că aţi fost la mai mulţi patroni, etc.- sau că există o şcolarizare. Pe baza acestora se poate primi acest permis de şedere. Cu acest UPEHOLTISTON, dacă se întâmplă să vă pierdeţi locul de muncă să aveţi nevoie să primiţi ajutor pentru locuinţă, alte feluri de ajutor, se poate primi acest ajutor de la comuna din Suedia în care sunteţi. Regulile pentru acest ajutor, cum se dă, cât de repede poţi să-l primeşti, depind de fiecare comună în parte. Stockholm este diferit de Goteborg , Malmo, etc.


Al doilea actor important în acest aspect este Skateverket care se ocupă şi de această înregistrare care este foarte importantă pentru toţi cetăţenii din Suedia, înregistrarea identităţii după numărul personal. Acesta este compus din data naşterii plus patru numere. Această evidenţă sau numărul personal este cel mai important lucru, pe care orice copil din Suedia îl învaţă pe de rost. Este poate cel mai important număr din Suedia, mai important numărul de telefon. Dar, ca să primeşti acest număr personal de identitate, trebuie să ai permis de şedere. Asta înseamnă că trebuie să ai ori un job, ori să mergi la şcoală ori să ai o promisiune de angajare. Problema este că fără acest personnummer nu poţi să deschizi un cont în bancă, ceea ce înseamnă că, chiar dacă cineva vrea să te angajeze, nu poate, pentru că nu poate să-ţi plătească banii, legal, nu poate să plătească impozit.


Am înţeles că există cazuri fericite, când s-a primit acest număr de identitate fără dovadă de şcoală, loc de muncă, etc. Este un lucru foarte bun, dar se pare că nu este corect, persoanele respective au avut noroc. Este mai bine să fii fericit că ai obţinut acest număr personal fără să fi făcut acea dovadă decât să vii aici şi să crezi că se obţine aşa uşor şi apoi să te trezeşti cu probleme. Informaţia corectă este cea mai importantă chiar dacă la început pare mai grea şi mai dezamăgitoare.


Am întrebat, cum se poate aşa ceva, nu se leagă, cetăţeanul nu poate astfel să primească nici jobul nici numărul personal... Atunci, există ceva care se aseamănă cu personnummer şi se numeşte Samordningsnummer. Acest Samordningsnummer nu poţi tu ca cetăţean să baţi la uşă, să-l ceri, daţi-mi-l. Dar, dacă poţi să dovedeşti că eşti pe cale să primeşti un job sau că ai nevoie de acel număr, dar nu ţi se dă pentru că nu ai încă dovada locului de muncă, atunci, Skateverket are voie ca instituţie să spună ok, noi putem să-l rugăm pe cetăţeanul care lucrează cu actele tale să primească un ordin să-ţi dea acest Samordningsnummer.

- Care este diferenţa?

Adina Trunk:

- Personnummer este format din data naşterii plus patru cifre. Aceste patru cifre spun dacă eşti venit din altă ţară, dacă eşti bărbat sau femeie, în ce parte a Suediei de afli. Acest Samordningsnummer se aseamănă dar la data naşterii se adaugă cifra 60. Deci, dacă cineva este născut pe 6 martie, în loc este trecută cifra 66.


Cu acest Samordningsnummer poţi deschide un cont în bancă, iar cu asta se rezolvă multe. Având un cont în bancă , poţi să plăteşti chiria, să ai salariu, etc. Acest cont este foarte important în Suedia, fără el nu poţi face aproape nimic. Dacă nu ai norocul să primeşti personnummer există posibilitatea să primeşti acest Samordningsnummer care este provizoriu, pe perioada pe care ei consideră că vei avea nevoie. Cu Samordningsnummer, te duci la bancă şi deschizi contul.


Trebuie să existe cineva care să dovedească identitatea, să o confirme, pentru că numai atunci poţi să primeşti de la Skateverket o dovadă că, într-adevăr, numele corespunde cu un anumit număr personal.


În Suedia, un paşaport nu este considerat ca piesă de identitate, numai acest ID - kurt care acum este eliberat de la poliţie, înainte era eliberat din mai multe locuri.


Upeholtilston este permisul de şedere. Există permisul de şedere ca atare, pe care poţi să-l primeşti pe baza paşilor pe care i-am enumerat anterior. După cinci ani de şedere aici, poţi să primeşti permis permanent de şedere .


Dacă ai stat în Suedia cinci ani şi ai plătit impozit poţi să primeşti un permis de şedere permanent. După cinci ani ai voie să votezi la nivel naţional. Partea cu cetăţenia este diferită. Dacă cineva vrea asta, după cinci ani de şedere aici, ai voie să-ţi depui actele pentru obţinerea cetăţeniei.

- Există reţete de succes în Suedia?


Adina Trunk:


- Succesul este ceva foarte subiectiv. Pentru unii asta înseamnă să aibă o viaţă liniştită, un apartament şi să aibă din ce să-şi plătească datoriile. Dacă succesul înseamnă să ai o viaţă calmă în care să nu ai grija banului, dacă asta este reţeta de succes despre care vorbim, plus integrarea în societatea suedeză, cred că reţeta succesului înseamnă să laşi în spatele tău ce ştii din ţara din care vii, nu neapărat să uiţi ce ai învăţat acolo, dar să fii cu mintea deschisă pentru valorile societăţii suedeze, să fii deschis să înveţi, să accepţi şi lucrurile bune şi pe cele rele. Tu ai ales să vii aici.


Cheia integrării în societatea suedeză ţine şi de limbă dar şi de voinţa de a te adapta la felul tău de a trăi. Suedezii, oricât de deschişi ar fi, tot vor ca oamenii să interacţioneze cum sunt ei obişnuiţi. Contactul cu suedezii, nu numai cu alte naţionalităţi de aici, este foarte important. Există foarte multe reguli sociale care nu sunt scrise undeva şi care trebuie învăţate. Învăţatul limbii înseamnă un efort enorm şi poate este cel mai mare efort care trebuie făcut pentru integrarea în societatea suedeză. Nu se aşteaptă nimeni ca un nou venit aici să vorbească suedeza perfect. Dacă mai are norocul să vorbească şi o limbă ca engleza, este mai uşor de integrat. Limba este foarte importantă. Există cursuri gratuite pentru toţi cei care au primit acest permis de şedere , care se numesc SFI, (Svenska For Invandrare), suedeza pentru emigranţi. Depinde unde te afli, aceste cursuri pot fi mai mult sau mai puţin bune.

- Se recunosc diplomele obţinute în altă parte?

Adina Trunk:

- Da, mai mult, se pot obţine la SFI cursuri de limbă pentru specializarea făcută. Pentru meserii, la fel.


Pentru mulţi, munca la negru este una dintre cele mai bune modalităţi de a avea un venit la început. Nu este însă o soluţie bună. Este mai bună o practică pe baza căreia să poţi arăta că eşti în căutare decât munca la negru


Practica este foarte importantă. Te duci la Arbetsformedlingen, instituţia care se ocupă de angajări şi le spui că ai experienţă într-un domeniu şi ai nevoie de practică. Sau, există firme care se ocupă de anumite domenii. Se poate întreba, pot face practica la dumnevoastră, vorbind suedeza limitat? Am lucrat o perioadă, am o experienţă în acest domeniu şi vreau să-mi încep o viaţă nouă în Suedia. Trebuie totul explicat foarte sincer.


Pentru cei care au copii, un lucru care trebuie ştiut este că firma nu plăteşte, la fel ca şi pentru practică , dacă există un copil, concediu. Mulţi ezită să folosească acest drept crezând că solicită firma. Acest concediu este achitat de Casa de asigurări . Foarte multă lume crede că aceşti bani sunt plătiţi de la firmă. Ei sunt plătiţi de casa de asigurări.


În ceea ce priveşte aducerea celorlalţi membri ai familiei, se pare că de la 1 aprilie 2010, ca să aduci familia trebuie să dovedeşti că ai un job sau un venit pentru întreţinere.

- Când şi cum e bine să vii şi să nu vii în Suedia?

Adina Trunk:

- Situaţia ideală care ar fi? Ca persoana care vine în Suedia să fie foarte bine informată despre ceea ce înseamnă să trăieşti în Suedia. A face o cercetare în măsura posibilităţilor care există pentru fiecare este foarte bine. Să se ia contact cu persoane care trăiesc în Suedia şi care să explice care este exact situaţia în care trăieşte fiecare după care, să se gândească, eu am o profesie, să mă uit pe internet, ce firme există, cine lucrează în acest domeniu, pentru ca măcar să aibă o idee despre conjunctura în care vine. Dacă vii şi nu cunoşti pe nimeni, nu ai un loc de muncă, o să-ţi fie foarte greu. Foarte multă lume cheltuind aici banii economisiţi, pleacă înapoi în ţară deziluzionaţi. Cea mai mare parte a cercetării locului unde se doreşte plecarea, trebuie făcută înainte de a veni aici. Trebuie studiată posibilitatea de a merge la interviuri la anumite firme, potenţiali angajatori, înainte de a veni aici.


Depinde în ce domeniu te afli, poţi să găseşti un job în Suedia, vorbind numai engleza, dar măcar pe aceea trebuie să o vorbeşti. În multe domenii care au de a face cu munca manuală , de multe ori îţi ajunge să vorbeşti engleza. Trebuie să te faci înţeles, aceasta este ideea. Pentru anumite munci trebuie să comunici. Este o idee bună să pui limba suedeză la punct înainte să pleci din ţară. Nu este o situaţie în care poţi să te duci din uşă în uşă. primul rând, suedezii sunt reticienţi să angajeze pe cineva a cărui cultură , limbă, nu o cunosc şi nu o înţeleg. Arbetsformedlingen are un site unde se pot găsi toate joburile, pe domenii. Este o sursă de informare în această temă. Există şi organizaţi private care lucrează în angajarea oamenilor temporar pentru anumite firme.

- Cât de importante sunt recomandările şi actele doveditoare?

Adina Trunk:

- Recomandările sunt foarte importante, dar cel mai important este contactul personal. Dacă cineva vede că tu ca individ eşti serios, nu ceri luna de pe cer şi vrei să munceşti, îţi dă o şansă. Este foarte important să ajungi la acel interviu, fără interviu este mai greu. Iarăşi, recomandarea este importantă din partea cuiva care stă aici de mai mult timp şi vorbeşte limba suedeză. Mihai Eminescu (n. 15 ianuarie 1850, Botoşani sau Ipoteşti - d. 15 iunie 1889, Bucureşti) - poet, prozator şi jurnalist român, socotit de cititorii români şi de critica literară drept cel mai important scriitor romantic din literatura română.

January 24, Romanian historical evocation in Stockholm

 Series of actions organized by Active Spirit, youth organization of the Romanian-Swedish Cultural Association Brotherhood, continue to propose new topics of interest related to Romanian history.
 The newest of these events is planned for Sunday, January 24, 2010 and will be supported by history teacher originating in Alba Iulia, Florin Alexandru Danila.
 "1859-1927: From feudal Romanian provinces to a united and modern Romania" is the theme chosen for the conference to be held on this occasion by Florin Danila.
 Of the reasons which led it to choose the topic to be presented at this time, Florin Alexandru Danila said:.
 "Why I chose this subject for submission of January 24?
 Not only for the symbolism of this day, but mainly because my personal view, I repeat ... my personal view, is that the achievements Romanian nation had in those times are far from our contemporary inimaginable, negligent, indifferent and selfish.
 Achievements wich made Romania a democratic state tru the constitutions of that period, its leaders and leaders of the Romanian political parties, but especially the dedication and sacrifice that has really shown the population of these regions, those Romanians whom we see only in pictures or we hear about, in the old stories from books or in the media. "
 Alexandru Florin Danila is 29 years and graduated in history-political science from the University "1 December 1918" of Alba Iulia.

Stockholm - Evocare istorică românească pentru Mica Unire

Seria acţiunilor organizate de "Activ Spirit", organizaţia de Tineret a Asociaţiei Culturale Româno-suedeze Frăţia, continuă să propună noi subiecte de interes legate de istoria românilor. Cel mai nou dintre aceste evenimente este programat a avea loc duminică 24 ianuarie 2010 şi va fi susţinut de către profesorul de istorie originar din Alba Iulia, Florin Alexandru Dănilă. "1859-1927: De la provinciile româneşti feudale la o Românie unită si modernă" este tematica aleasă pentru conferinţa care va fi susţinută cu acest prilej de către Florin Dănilă.

În legătură cu motivele care l-au determinat să aleagă acest subiect pentru a fi prezentat la această dată, Florin Alexandru Dănilă a precizat:

"De ce am ales această temă pentru prezentarea din data de 24 ianuarie? Nu numai pentru simbolistica acestei zile, ci în primul rând deoarece părerea mea personală, repet... personală, este că realizările pe care le-a avut naţiunea română în acele timpuri sunt mult peste imaginabilul nostru contemporan şi delăsător, indiferent şi egoist... Realizări care au făcut din România un stat DEMOCRATIC prin constituţiile din această perioadă, prin conducătorii săi şi liderii partidelor politice româneşti, dar în special prin dăruirea şi cu adevărat sacrificiul de care a dat dovadă populaţia acestor meleaguri, acei români pe care îi vezi doar în poze sau de care auzi în poveştile bătrânilor, din cărţi sau din mass-media."

  Florin Alexandru Dănilă are 29 de ani şi este licenţiat în istorie-ştiinţe politice al Universităţii „1 Decembrie 1919“ din Alba Iulia.
 Conferinţele pe teme istorice susţinute de Florin Alexandru Dănilă până în prezent, la Stockholm, în cadrul acţiunilor ACTIV SPIRIT, s-au bucurat de un real succes în rândul celor prezenţi, mai ales prin felul în care audienţa s-a implicat în dezbaterea subiectelor prezentate.

  Tematica "1859-1927: De la provinciile româneşti feudale la o Românie unită şi modernă" va fi susţinută în data de 24 ianuarie, începând cu ora 16.30, în sala de conferinţe a bisericii suedeze situată în vecinătatea staţiei de metrou din Bredang-Stockholm.

Duminică 10 ianuarie 2010, modificare in programul bisericii din Bredang

Pentru data de duminica 10 ian.2010 a intervenit o schimbare in programul serviciului religios obisnuit de la Biserica cu Hramul Adormirea Maicii Domnului din Bredang - Stockholm . Liturghia nu se va oficia la Bredang, duminică, 10 ianuarie 2010, la ora 14.00 întrucât părintele Gheorghe Borca va fi prezent la Liturghia Arhierească care se va oficia la biserica ortodoxă românească din Solna unde este celebrat Hramul Bisericii, Sfântul Ioan Botezătorul. La Solna, slujba va fi oficiată in această zi de către PS Macarie, episcopul Europei de Nord alături de preoţii Gheoghe Borca, Ioan Ruja şi Florin Bălan. In duminica următoare, 17 ian.2010 nu este anunţată vreo modificare a programului iar Sfânta Liturghie va fi oficiată ca de obicei la Bredang-Stockholm, începând cu ora 14.00.

Epiphany with Romanian traditions and hopes in Stockholm

Capital of Sweden was for the first time, on January 6, 2010, the seat of a romanian traditional event rise of Epiphany, in which Bishop of Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of Northern Europe, His Grace Macarios, threw a cross in the Baltic Sea water, as a sign of blessing.

As a sign of respect for Romanian traditions, two brave men, Felix Bozian- 37 years, currently the 2 years in Sweden and Radu Cristian Rusu, (8 years of living in Scandinavia), jumped in the water to recover cross and invoking the blessings of such a gesture.

Epiphany water blessing service was committed to Stockholm by His Grace Macarios, Bishop of Northern Europe, together with priests Gheorghe Borca and Florin Balan, after it was celebrated Mass at the church dedicated to the Assumption, in Bredang -Stockholm.

Along with the whole community, as usual in the last years, was Romanian- Swedish Cultural Association "FRATIA", which had a major role in organizing the event, purchasing including diving suits for the two men who jumped into the water.

Several hundred Romanians wanted to attend religious service on this occasion, coming from church-Bredang Stockholm, in a procession to the seashore at Sjövilla (Skärholmens Gard).

" Throwing holly cross to water and removing the cross from the water mean entry and exit of Christ in the Jordan waters wich sanctifies with His own body.

Water is the lifeblood of the universe, the whole universe receives the blessing as mentioned in the lyrics of one of the songs for Epiphany: Christ was baptized, he leaves the water and with it purifies the whole world.
  The liturgical act of throwing holly cross to water and removing the cross from the water, is also having a baptismal meaning. St. John Chrysostom says:  "Immersing and out of Christ Jordan expresses the mystery of the Holy Sacrament of Baptism , that death and resurrection in Christ", said on this occasion, His Eminence Macarios, Bishop of Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of Northern Europe.

"The cross was removed from water by two parishioners of our church of Bredang - Stockholm, which we enjoy. It was a great event and parishioners attended in large numbers, because today was thrown cross here in Stockholm for the first time. Last year, the event took place in Goteborg. Although the cold was very great, God gives us power. From now, every year, will know that this is where the Holy Cross is thrown into the water", said at the end of the prayer of blessing the water, Father George Borca.

Very low temperatures, well below zero degrees Celsius, have not deterred the two brave who plunged into the Baltic Sea to recover cross.

Belief, desire to preserve traditions and to attract the blessings for such a gesture, were the main arguments that have strengthened and gave them the strength to lead the way this approach.

"Faith encourages us all to make these gestures. At first I wanted to jump without diving. I was always confident that God will keep me and nothing bad will happen.Immersion suits protected me very well, "said Felix Bozian.
Radu Cristian Rusu, teammate and "other candidates" to jump searching cross dive, adds: "I wanted to keep the tradition. I once jumped into cold water, on another occasion, not the Epiphany. Hopefully something good happen to us by our deed, we hope to have good luck and accomplishments. I jumped to be blessed. "

For other events experiences were great, as described, for example, Mr. Dan Mardare, a romanian, living in Sweden since 2007:

"For me it's something unique. For the first time I saw this, in Stockholm, on such a low temperature. I tasted event because in the morning I helped break the ice for the hole in which they jumped. It's a terrible cold."

Special significance of the moments of Romanian traditions Epiphany at Stockholm and hopes which were related to this symbolic moment for the Romanians in Stockholm and not just for them, were raised by president of Romanian-Swedish Cultural Association "FRATIA" , Ms Elena Borca :

"Last year, the cross was thrown by His Holiness, Dr. Macarios, in Goteborg. In Stockholm it is a first. It was a special moment, very significant for us, Romanian Orthodox within Scandinavia, some of us keeping here, inside our souls, by 20 years, Romanian Orthodox Christianity.

We want this moment to be good news for our approaches to building a Romanian church in Stockholm. We hope we find ourselves in our own place of prayer. For the first time, in Stockholm will be built a Romanian church. After 20 years, we have received from the Swedish authorities 9000 square meters to build this temple. We want today to mark a good sign for this project wich is ongoing and whose work should begin in late February. Romanian-Swedish Cultural Association FRATIA in collaboration with the Church of the Assumption of Bredang - Stockholm and Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of Northern Europe, have made every effort for this event to be a successful one, and by this to show honor and respect of the Romanian community."
